Refund Policy

We stand behind our commitment to ensure your satisfaction.

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee policy.

The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a refund.

Items past the 30 day date of purchase are not eligible for return.

Please note: you must return your product with the original packaging and copy of the original invoice to assure proof of purchase.

We do make occasional exceptions where you may be eligible for a partial refund.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once we receive the return you will be notified by email about your refund.

If the item is not approved for a full refund because it has been opened or tampered with we will let you know by email.

Your refund will be automatically applied to the payment method you used.

Note: Banks and credit card companies vary so the actual credit could take anywhere from 10 days to an entire billing cycle to appear on your statement, but generally you will see the credit within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

For potential issues - if you have not received a refund or do not see the credit please check with your bank or credit card holder.

Again there can be a considerable amount of time to process your refund and for it to post to your bank, but that is outside of our control.

Please talk to your bank or credit card company about that.

Sale items (if applicable) 
All sale items are final purchase. Credits are not issued on sale merchandise.

Exchanges (if applicable) 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@nirvananaturals.com

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once we receive the item for return a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know the item was returned.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund you will be credited the amount of the purchase minus shipping fees.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
